We do not collect names, email addresses, or any other personal information from End Users beyond a phone number and the ticket context needed to send one notification.

Automatically Collected Information

When you use the Service we may automatically collect standard server log data such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. This information is used only for security monitoring and service reliability. It is not linked to End User phone numbers.

Text Message Notifications

notify-u sends only transactional messages. End Users receive at most one SMS per ticket. We do not send promotional or marketing texts.

SMS messages are delivered through Twilio, Inc. ("Twilio"). By opting in, End Users acknowledge that their phone number will be transmitted to Twilio solely for delivery of their requested notification. Twilio's privacy policy is available at twilio.com/legal/privacy.

End Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opt-out requests are processed immediately. For help, reply HELP or contact [email protected].

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers

All service providers are contractually required to process personal information only as directed by us and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of notify-u, our users, or the public.

Business Transfers

If notify-u is acquired or merges with another company, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify users before any such transfer and before information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
